FAQ's

Where are the girls on the BJGT ?
Over 140,000 juniors play golf in the UK.
Approximately 91% are boys and just 9% are girls.
The BJGT would love to see more girls attend competitions, whenever there are 3 or more in the same category they will challenge for their own awards. Unfortunately it is not viable to award girls separate awards at every event.
The EGU and EWGA are working together to increase girls participation in golf. To help support golf clubs, the EGU/EWGA have produced a leaflet entitled 'Women & Girls Golf', which has been designed to help guide golf clubs on how to recruit and retain more women and girls.  The leaflet provides ideas/suggestions for golf clubs to embrace/adapt.  To download a copy of the leaflet click here

Members can login in to the "Members area” and select any number of competitions from the list of online events.

Guests of the tour can complete a guest registration page, on the Events page to enter as a non member of the BJGT.

Please remember that by registering for a competition this does NOT guarantee you a place in that event.

What is the closing date ?
Each competition will display the closing date for that particular event. The standard is 7 days. Occasionally we may alter this for large finals, or extend it for low numbers. All dates are displayed on the comptetion event card.
How do I know if I’ve been accepted into a competition ?

Once the closing date has passed, all paid entrants will have a tee time published and these will be available on the Event Information page. It is not possible at this moment to notify players individually of their tee times.
