Etiquette, Equipment & Rules

The pages contined in this section are designed to help you with the etiquette, or good manners, equipment and rules that apply to the British Junior Golf Tour.

The points provided on each page are there for you to read through and learn throughout the tour, they are designed to make the round as enjoyable as possible for everyone playing.
You are not expected to learn them all straight away, but as you play each round and over the duration of the tour.
By the end of the tour you will find yourself doing them all without even thinking about them.

The etiquette page deals with how you should behave on the course and in the clubhouse and things you should and shouldn't do on the course.

The equipment page gives you an idea of what you should have in your bag, and its not just clubs!
A checklist is provided, have a look and see if you have them all in the bag already, if you do, well done.

The rules page gives you details of our rules for running the tour, and competition rules that apply every time you play in a British Junior Golf Tour event.
The competition rules will be displayed at each venue, but it is a good idea to read through them so you understand what you can do on the course.
