BJGT Jamega Series

Details & Conditions

The events will run directly alongside the Jamega Professional Tour events, using the same course, tees and setup.

Due to this fact we have a number of conditions in order to run these events, when booking into any of the BJGT Jamega Series competitions, please be aware of the following:

  1. Any BJGT Jamega Series event may be the subject to a reduced field or even cancellation if the Jamega event fills up in the week before the competition.
  2. Jamega Entries will be displayed on their website with likely final entries forecast on Wednesday before the competition and the final decision between Jamega and BJGT on the Friday.
  3. Therefore, any accommodation required should not be booked until confirmation received.
  4. Player Allocation - Maximum 39 players - Minimum 20 players.
  5. Entry Fee – BJGT Members £65 / Non-Members £75
  6. Practice round included if required (confirmed at the time of booking)
  7. Players will receive a professional yardage book (not course planner)
  8. Starting will be carried out by Jamega.
  9. Handicap limit 15.
  10. Age Limit - Must be 19 or Under on Tuesday 26th August 2014
  11. Order of Merit details & Prizes being worked out now, details will be provided early 2014.

Please be aware that by filling out the registration form, you are registering to play, not registering an interest - You should only register if you have every intention of playing!

Should we receive more entries than the maximum number available then places will be awarded based on handicap.

The projected ‘cut’ line will go onto the website on the Wednesday prior to the event as an indication of who will play, with the field confirmed on the Friday.

Cheques/payment MUST be sent at the time of booking in order to confirm registration, individual cheques/payments should be made for each event, in case of cancellation or reduction, this way refunds will be easy to process.

Should an event then be cancelled, reduced, or a player not make the field, they can opt for a full refund or carry the payment forward to a future event.

If we do not receive notification of withdrawal by the Wednesday before the even, and the player makes the ‘cut’, then the player is liable for the full entry fee.

These are sure to be exciting events and an amazing opportunity to test your selves at the next level.
