Please read the BJGT policy on refunds before withdrawing from any BJGT competition.
Competitions
BJGT members may withdraw themselves via the members section from any event before the closing date with no charge. Guests will have to email to request a withdrawal from the selected event.
The entry fee becomes payable for all competitions upon the closing date.
Once the competition closing date has passed, juniors will not receive any refund of entry fees.
To clarify, if a junior withdraws/cancels their own entry before the closing date, the player is not charged.
If a junior withdraws/cancels after the closing date, the player will NOT receive a refund.
Competition closing dates are usually 7 days before an event, these are confirmed in the competition details.
Membership
If your membership has been processed, the membership fee of £50pa is non-refundable.
